Hope so mate just got a few jobs to finish off,you should see how tight the belt tensioner is to chassis rail there is only about a 6mm clearance but this is normal on the G60 conversion.

well wiring loom is now ready to go in.
Pretty easy to do as half the loom you don't need Smile
found a wicked guide which was so easy to follow.

and the big pile of left over wires Smile

so after all the choping you are left with 5 wires that connects the whole engine loom to the mk1 loom.

Also got a new 4 branch because the old one didn't fit correctly Sad

Wiring is the one thing I dreaded on my swap! Can be a nightmare!

Good progress though fella. When will it be on the road?

I have to pipe the intercooler up,connect the loom up.fit the manifold and then it's ready to go.i don't have much time to do it after work so it will be probably ready for next weekend.
I'm really bad at wiring but found a really good guide that was dead easy to follow.

bit more done, new manifold arrived so whipped it off to my mate fin at dynaflow for him to wel the lambda sensor in.
It's all bolted in now but i need some flexi pipe to match it upto the golf exhaust system.
Also got all my intercooler pipework so all thats needed is the wiring to connect and hopefully it will fire up.
