well it was for sale, and since i spent nearly 500quid on it this weekend i had a few calls about it, and all i could say was, I'm not selling now as it looks totally different than in the advert!

but I'm planning to smooth that front bumper so it just has the one centre grille, smoke the headlights, I really want the bubbled paint n surface rust sorting out, and I'd love to find me a 2.0 16v engine for it, I did consider a 20VT, but for half the money and the same BHP, might as well put a valver in!

I was winning some deep dish porsche teledials on ebay the other night, till i got outbid with 10seconds to go!! they went for 82 quid!!

    UPDATE!!!

I got brave with a grinder and filler!!!

smoothing the scuffs on the rear bumper..
    my beeza project 20052008175

i removed the bubbled paint and rust from offside sill, and smoothed the seam..
    my beeza project 20052008178

and started smoothing the seams from the rear clusters to the bumper (people do this on mk2 golfs too), you can see i've done the right hand side
    my beeza project 20052008176

any help or suggestions on this would be appreciated, as this is my 1st time at this, and i had to bite my tongue to start grinding paint off my car!!!
