Re: Project BLACK - new images, page 6
I'm very happy with the way the front end looks with the Vento parts on now.
The paintwork on the grille and bonnet has been done really well... it's a fantastic colour match with no need to 'blow' the wings in at all.
Just the fog-light bumper vents to come now and a new VR spoiler (as the existing one is damaged) and it'll be more or less complete as my daily driver.
It's looking HELL of a lot different to when I first brought it home... yuk!

Re: Project BLACK - new images, page 6
Cheers Jezz. Pretty happy with the way they've just 'clipped in'.
Got wheel bearings coming for 'all round' so that's a job before this weekend at some point, and then I've also got some 'upper' vents, but I'm waiting on some tinted OEM indicators to arrive before I can fit them.
Pics to follow...
Wheel spacers on their way too...

Fronts are in... just the backs to do now.
Easy when you've got access to ramps, presses and air tools!

Project Black - new rims - page 5
New rims...
These were a straight swap with the BBS's I had on. I think I got the best end of the deal. Two night's worth of elbow grease, some sweat and lots of metal polishing, and they've come up great. Only trouble is they rub at the moment when going over bumps... so the plastic arches need trimming slightly.
You reckon they look better than the BBS's...?
I like them.
The Mk3's going up for (serious) sale in two weeks time.

That's what I thought Jez. They'll attract a few more people to it to buy.
