Re: our new car
Think the pics have been deleted from the advert I pasted them from
Bad news is it's off the road again already no power output from the alternator so not driven it since Tuesday
Weird thing is the dash battery light seems to have a mind of it's own does not even flash up as test now , you know turn key light comes on then goes off , did come on and stay on , when it went and again when I out fully charge battery in
I'm going to source a cheap Second had one just to see if this cures the problem if any one has one please let me know

That's rubbish Jezz, hope you get it mended and back on the road quickly and without it costing you too much. Fingers crossed.

Re: our new car
Ha, ha, ha, Jezz, you could have picked a better time to decide to run without a thermostat buddy, it's been flipping freezing over the last few days. It didn't get above -2 in Wharfedale today. Hope you get it all sorted soon and I'm pleased that it's not the head gasket that's gone.

Re: our new car
I'm assuming you've not got the funds to buy a replacement and get rid of it at the moment...?
You could have the Mk3 off me for what it's cost me (rather than me selling it on to make a profit...).

Re: our new car
Gutted for your Jezz, it does seem to have been a bundle of trouble since you picked it up. Very sad. Keep your chin up buddy and hopefully I'll see Sarah and you soon, it's been far too long.
