new plates and dodgy rims Empty new plates and dodgy rims

    Post by al75 Wed Apr 04, 2007 4:32 am

    Quick update, coz I'm bored.

Got me some shiny new german plates and some temporary rims until i manage to sort out my valve problem with the 17" monzas.

New rear lights on there way soon. In the middle of polishing up the outer rims to make the ozs a bit more presentable (real scabby), thinking of having a play with a spray gun too and painting the centres black (typical i know but they look a bit cack at the mo).

Pics are sheisse but you get the idea.

Splitter...er...smoke and mirrors, you can't see it but the corner is still.....broken. I'm sanding down one at the mo, hopefully get it right for spring fest if I get my arse in gear.

Got the monzas, got the adaptors, can get tyres, but can i get the valves? can I fnuck. Tried everywhere but the stealers. I think the valves have some crazy ass electronic sensors in em for the standard supply run flat system, I'm hoping VW do a standard low spec replacement, otherwise these wheels are gonna cost me stupid money. i coulda bought a set of monos with tyres by the time I'm done. it hurts. it really does, like sweat in your eyes.
