The Baldymobile

as i'm a bit bored at the moment i thought i'd post some pics of my car

it started off looking like this




Its got a 20v engine conversion from an S2 with
RS2 exhaust manifold
RS2 green injectors
kkk26/27 turbo (similar to what the Audi S1 had)
dialynx big intercooler
Aluminium Radiator
aquamist water injection
bosch 044 motorsport fuel pump
and the ECU was remapped by MRC tuning
its currently developing 342bhp



it has Bremsport 315mm brakes with brembo grooved discs behind 17in Azev-A rims



it started off with a black leather that was tatty and ripped in places






so the interior was sent of to MJ interiors in bradford and was retrimmed in black and regal blue




and while the interior was out i thought it was time to put a few speakers in
infinity kappa components in the doors with homemade door builds kappa components in the back shelf and kappa components in the rear pockets





so finally it looked like this



then on the thursday before gti i bought a sport quattro replica bonnet and group B rear wing which i drove 200miles to collect. had it painted friday morning fitted it friday night with very little prep so it will need doing again so on saturday at inters it looked like this

its still flyin just needs a full coat paint job then i'll be happy

well sort of happy carbon clutch wouldnt go a miss and doing mi chargecooler conversion so i can try to hit the 400bhp mark
