Additional Notes:
Lowering of 60/40 75/40 using new spring caps will give a great stance
Cars from 10/93 onwards with small spring caps, OEM spring cap 1H0 412 341 can be necessary i will include a set of these as well not new but still worth £20.00 on their own

They provide a firm but comfortable ride, with improved handling. The sporty FK High Tec shock absorber, with shortened stroke guarantees effective preloading of lowered springs in all situations. This also guarantees adequate shock travel, even with extremely lowered cars. the rear height can be adjusted with seven preset settings, allowing fine tuning of the height and look. FK High Tec shock absorbers are produced by a prominent shock absorber manufacturer with slight changes and tuning exclusively for FK.

the only reason these were taken off was james got the wrong coilovers set to him when he had the estate they are a 1000x better than standard and at 40 notes you would be mad not to
