That is sex on wheels, stunning car. I know you shouldn't be jealous but I just can't help it. Enjoy taking this out for a spin buddy.

thanks everyone
Its a 81 911 sc targa with a little over 100k
Its been caged not a weld in one but a hefty bolt in one
It has a fia approved sparco(i think) drivers seat
I think a rsr front bumper with the oil cooler in the middle
exhaust is a race one which is just straight through sounds ace above 3.5k rpm
Fuch wheels that the guy payed 2 and a half grand for
Its been lowerd
Has oe boxster 4 pot front brakes
Plans are to get some bilsteins on there to stop some of the body roll along with a larger rear sway bar.It may get a 3.6 lump from a 964 put in it at some point as most of this 911s need a rebuild around 120k but this engine is sweet. But over all just to drive it and enjoy it.Its a total different then anything iv driven apart from a old beetle. It feels alot fast then it is.Already been way past 100mph in it.
Also the avant might be running on gts as i need to stop messing with these baby kkk turbos.

ha ha this is the turbo iv been looking at. A gt2560r aka gt28r
I would do full gt28s but i want to keep it a 2.7 and not do a 3.0litre bottom end. Dont want to much lag so 25s are good. It will end up costing more then the rs6 turbos but ill get more power and it will sound nicer.
You wish dean go get the bannana if you want its still in england .Ill give you the fuked mk2 shell not having the other one as its prob the cleanest untouched shell ever.

its extremely hard to do as there is no room in at all.Iv seen a few people try and fail/give up as there plans havnt worked out.The is this one that pop up last week on the fourms.Mike at vast tuned it
Mike said they did a very nice job at it.But alot of people think its going to end in a fire ball as there ran the exhaust manis over the top of the engine right new the fuel line.If i realy wanted to go stupid i do a 3.0 litre bottom end with a built head with a twin gt28 setup good for well over 800.Then you run into problems with the rear diff.I know vast had a twin gt 28 setup on a bog standard engine with over 600 and was trapping 131 mph in the 1/4 mile.
Also its aot easyer to do a single turbo set u on a skyline or a supra as the straight 6 engine and both turbo are on one side. Were as the s4 is a v6 so the turbos are on different sides of the engine.

Right iv been goign through what to do with the avant.Cost vs performance all this week.Well today i finaly went down to see a friend of mine who owns a performance vw audi shop in miami.Has big turbo vr6 1.8ts and is just doing a new fully built big turbo mk5fsi. Basicly he has a new guy who works for his who can fab up the manifolds i need or what ever else i need for just the cost of material that is used which save my a arse load.I also get a ramp for a week or more alone with cost price on parts. He will also build my engine up for cheap. All i have to do it do some work for him and run the car as one of the shop cars which i dont mind at all as iv said he can use the yellow one as a shop car.
So the plans are now
Twin GT28 turbos
Awe or ER intercoolers
Bottom end will get rods and maybe a 3.0litre crank if i can find one and cheap enough
Head either build these or get 2.8 head and build them
Mike at VAST is obv doing the tuning for the car once i talk to him monday(half of this is his fault after seeing a vid of his gt s4)
So now means the car will be running stupid power.Work will start once i get back in march.Thats once the yellow car arrives back so i have something to drive and once i get back from California.
Not realy posting the plans up on audi forums or ed38 as i kinda dont want alot of people to know whats going on.Rather suprise people at gti inters with it as im hoping it will be there.
Heres a vid of a k04 car(like mine) v's mike at vast old gt setup on his s4 this was on a 100% standard engine so low boost

well i just killed the s4.Only my way home 2night i hear a strange bang and a grinding sound.1st i thought the clutch had let go as it been slipping for some strange reason in the morning for the 5 mins of driving after that it was fine.So i put my foot down on the clutch and coast to the next stop sign.Pull away and have no power at all and lots and lots and lots on white smoke.Turbos just let go .Have the set of my yellow one that i may fit but dont know if its worth the effort right now.

But... the yellow one is in the UK and you're in the US... right?
Or have you got some spare ones that WERE on the yellow one already in the US...?
Bit of a bummer though. Nothing to do with excessive right foot action at all...?

to be honest i realy wasnt booting its as were i live i live in a gated place( have to go through gate house be fore you get on the housing estate) .Was just going along at about 40 put my foot down a bit to go 50 and thats when it happen.Gutted upset and pissed of all at the same time.Yeh there the turbo that were on the yellow one.The job is that bad to do becaus eiv done it twice on the yellow one already. But its nothing like doing it on a 1.8t or a 2.0fsi.Every thing has to come out.As much as i wana get it driving again i just think ill leave it until i get back which by that time i should have my yellow one back here then its time for big turbos on the avant anyway.

Well the engine is out.Decided to fix it before i leave so that the parents can use it while im away.Just fitting my old turbos of my yellow one.Hopefully they will be fine.Going to put my apr ecu in standard mode just so it doesnt boost so much.
Future plans for the car keep changing because 1. price over power 2. what i want to do with the car and 3. time to get it done.
Try to get some ideas on wheels right now.As much as i want the wheels that dean showed much i unsure if i want to spend that much and if they are right for the car.Heres some pictures of some of the wheels im looking at right now
Some more to but wont bore you all with thme.Of course i still have my bbs cks that i will be keeping in the uk when i find somewere to put them. And still thinking about the wheels dean showed me but there alot more then these.
Also talked to the guy who used to own the avant and it looks very promising about doing the gumball
Pictures of distoryed turbo coming tomorrow at sometime.
