VW PASSAT SPORT 1.8T - Christian

A few snaps of the Passat. I also just fitted a chrome badgless grill.





The passat didnt have leather interior, so went and starting fitting one that i had off ebay.





No wheel-whore as yet but...! I then found me some bentley split wheels, was going to repaint them. Im doing a different approach and mirror polishing them!!





Thats it for this week only had the car for less than a week.

BTW still have the polo

Nice find on the Bentley rims! Will look great on the Passat... but looks like hard work to get them all polished up!

Did they cost you much?

Soon soon sam and deano, will role on some cheap coilovers while i fabricate some brackets for the bags to seat then i will start running hoses and wires its going to be a fast acting setup with FBSS.

Looks like a tidy base car to start on,don't envy you having to polish them rims though good luck and i'll look forward to seeing the cars progress

Got the bentleys all stripped last night just wet flatting them then polishing with a polishing tool that i have. Then the centres will be done by hand because it could strip the chrome of them in the middle so going to polish them by hand to be safe. Just found me a cheap set of coilies so getting the drop shortley down they go for now. Then i can fabricate some brackets for bags to sit, going to be using slam specialties best out there imo.

Dont know what to do about the polo now.. . Looks like a tidy up and get ridd

Looks really smart! Good luck with the polishing, hope it turns out better than my attempt! Which it will do. Air ride set up sounds interesting too...how about a bit of juice! Get it hoppppin' haha...

Actually polishing isnt hard, im not doing it by hand lol...! Juice is old school, i will have independant air ride.

Neither was i Mine took loads of sanding because the surface was real rough after i stripped the paint off...still didnt do enough though, after about 2 days and 3 complete go's on each wheel haha...but yours looks good there!

looks bum bullet chris why did you get a silver one and it will look bum bullet on the bentlys too lol only joking mate looks good so far mate can't wait to see it sitting on the deck on bags. we ca go proper mining then lol.

its gonna look epic on bentlys and bags, will you still be able to do burnouts of epic proportions though??

You have to finish in fine wet and dry paper like a fow the flatter the surface the better the result. Maybe you need mates like mine? haha, i get them wemen they get my wheels done

thanks buddy car is well gunna give it another spray job after vw fest i thinks same colour just a better job lol hopefully with an engine change.
