Cheers dan. I've Just dropped the front an extra 15mm lol. theres a plastic tray underneath thats scraping the road so i'm gonna remove it. I thought it was the car scraping the inner arches but it wasn't

Managed to stop the car scraping now 
I cut off 2 lugs off the 2 side plastc trims and self tapped them up and removed the plastic cover 
Its as smooth as a nut now with no rubbing whatsoever so i've turned them down as far as they go
Apparently 100mm drop.
