after a few months of nagging, i finally managed to get him to sell me it for £400. to add to the chav stuff that was on it anyway i stuck a massive exhaust on. it did sound awesome though.
the 16" alloys that was on it were pretty wide and one of the front springs was a bit fooked so the arch chomped away at the tyre, so steelies went on the front, i got rid of the spoiler, tint sprayed the rear lights and i got rid of the sun strip
after a year of owning it and finding out you can shoot 4 foot flames out of a carb'd car with straight through exhaust, the jetta unfortunatly died!!
i was on the look out for another car when i heard about a mk2 golf that had broken down in a petrol station. i went to go see it, got the keys off the guy and it started straight away
i didnt particularly like the colour when i bought it, but for £160 who can complain. it came with 17" BMW alpina replicas that i sold pretty much straight away. the drove really well, apart from needing a new clutch
before the 17s went i tried them on my jetta just to see how it looked
fecking awesome IMO. shame i treated the jetta so badly
and then i stripped the jetta of all the bits i wanted to keep/sell and gave the jetta to a scrapyard to be crushed
the exhaust was held on by string because i tried getting it off but it wouldnt come off so i had to hold it back up with string to save it from scraping along the floor
