i have no idea about metal work so i dont know, but i guess anything is possible.

Just Measure each leg on the rack then cut the same amount of each corner, then weld the fixtures back on, then you have a nice low custom rack.

Well apparently my plates aren't german, i got pulled for them and asked why i was running Dutch plates..

i got fined for my german plates, 10 days after i had put them on so i just keep mine for shows now
