Jus painted the inside came out ok, good job matt paint is forgiving... looks a ghey orange colour in the pics, looks better in person....

Love it! I was unsure if the colour worked but i get it now. Ally-cats are are sooo nice.. make classics look boring!
The gun metal silver looks really nice againt the orange/red... i'd be tempted to mask off a pin stripe down the side under the swage line.. mk1 golf stylie

Cheers guys, rims are 8" wide all round and yeah the colour is jus red oxide, but its not as dark as I thought it would be, flash on camera isnt helping tho...

Had a good day on the square today, van panels are in, smoothed and painted tailgate, and did on of the rear arches, looks like with some camber and stiffer springs I should be able to have it slammed with minimal scrubbing.
Should get engine on stand and cleaned up this wk end and whip head off ready for skimming, also hope to get both rear 1/4 finished and painted and poss roof too...

the rear end suspension will have to be solid as a rock to avoid them wide boys scrubbing,looks mint though

Lol, thats abit beyond my skillz! It should go ok with the 1.6 ABU and R6 carbs I have for it, a bump in C/R and a wild cam should sse it over 100bhp, and I plan to have weigh in at around 650kg....
