boothy seen the banded steels for sale only thing that bothers me about them is why they silicone sealed ?? is that normal

bit of an update for ya, after my brush with the law the front end now looks like this



yes those are rubber gloves sellotaped to the "sharp edges", no they aren't a permanent fixture

and the green is from flatting back the bonnet before painting it since it was green for some reason.

also got some new doorcards from scrapyard yesterday



will benefit from a clean/boot polish/leather wipe but they look a bit nicer then the bare ones, also dont have the holes in for adjusting the wing mirrors



new backbox too since the exhaust topped itself, got all new mounts too its about 3mm off the back axel, no more kerching! from speedbumps

i have a smoothed front bumper for a mk2 polo plastic welded up lights just needs filling finishing and repainting mate

pics? and how much is cheap? me n dave tried to get one off a squareback yesterday in jackos in bev, unfortunately it was at a bit of a funny angle on top of some tyres with 5 foot tall nettles around it so we couldnt get it off lol

is that a glove youve selotaped on to the corner of your bumper legend

no pics but its now 2 notches lower at the back on the adjustables and is rolling on 14x6 p-slots with massive balloon tyres, pics to follow
