no chance, reckon itl be painted by next weekend.

i dont have adaptors or tyres yet and the wheels arnt finished.

thinkin of keepin it off the road til next year for an engine and dash swop.

got some new plates from oe - some german font balck n silver ones, and some pressed british ones.

I went to see the car today, gettin painted tomorow, its been flatted back for paint and the booths fished, but my paint mand put stone chip on the rear valance, i think itl look bum bullet painted and it isnt needed, ive txt him n asked him to take it off - he wont be happy!

the stone chip things knarked me off, fairy nuff most cars have it there but golfs dont and the paint dosent get battered there he says hell try n get it flat but taking it off would take ages and the itl need filling again where every things been smoothed off if he does. But steve knows what he doing and has done a top job so far and i dont think anyone on here can beat his prices.

The windows - to tint or not to tint, it had em on b4 but they're getting tatty, i know windows tints rnt cool on the scene but i quite like em, what you think?

i say go for it! i rekon they will look good

i think you tint if you want will look mean on a black car

1975 complete with a vr swap in insanely cheap

not many people can say they have finished a car which is worth more than they have shelled out

I've spent like 5k to get mine half way to where i want it mate and be lucky to get 2500 for it

oh ye and where s the photo update

on the flip side so far the car and everythings only cost me 1350 and a bike. Still got to sort the wheel tyre engine and interior though!
