project sweet f**k all - some new pictures 10/02

got my standard bbs ras powder coated, theyve come out very well indeed - big shout to j + cr wood engineering. Ive orderd some yokos for em (195/45/15) that adrians gonna fit for me when they come next week cheers! Got some traty blackboltcovers too, also need to get some centrestickers for them. But they look spiffing!

Was at the garage fitting vr6 radiator which is huge! fitting a new dizzy and odd little bits and tidying up too.

Still need to sort lighting for it, ive only got naff headlights.

Just need to let the paint on the none shell panel cure and its mot time, time to open a can of worms that is.

u can swap the crappy ones for the stock ones in my golf if u like dude

oh and u need to get another bumper mount cos ive only got 3

Get some HIDs! Mine are amazingly awesome-esque. I think i might have 2 random lights kicking around, would mk1 lights fit a mk2?

LOOKING GREAT SAM, Beware of T-Cut on 2k paint tho, the ammonia kills it.Makes it go cloudy.

ah right cheers spen, not entirly sure what 2k is though, is it water based stuff? Used cellulose for the golf cos its easier to work with, but you can mix it any more - good job i got a black car! If you could let me know what 2k means...

got insurance today, did it properly this time fully comp all mods declared 3000 agreed value.

Tyres arrived adrian should be fitting them tomorow, orderd some new lights, even got some wheel nut covers - thats what happens when you look at ebay for too long

Got back coiliesmon now, new head lights are on. Paint needs finishing.

Orderd some new bits for it - ht leads, rotor arm,dizzy cap, piper x induction kit, injectors seals, new oild and filter.

Ive allready got a panel filter thanks giles, got this one cheap it replaces the bottom half of the air box - itl sorta look like a big sponge for the bottom of the airbox

i orderdnewbadges and got sent the wrong ones,after sending a set to my old house. Induction kit dosent fit and i got sent the wrong bumpermount,not really a sucsesful day

aw thats a shame, what is the induction kit for then? you should get a pipercross setup you can probably get the whole lot including the hoses etc for 80 quid if you shop around

oh yeah and as if you sent the stickers to the wrong address haha. thought you would have learnt that from your leeds fest tickets, the pressed plates, and last years inters tickets, and that sticker you got for me! haha
